Cancelling an order

You can withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days without giving a reason — this is your right as a distance-selling customer. The period starts on the day you (or a person you named) receive the product.

• tell us by email at grigorijsrimi@gmail.com — that keeps a record of the date;
• return the product complete and without signs of improper use;
• return shipping is paid by the customer unless the product is defective.

We refund using the same method you paid with, within 14 days of receiving the product or proof that you sent it.

Warranty

Electronics come with a 6-month warranty. If a product stops working through our fault, we repair it, replace it with the same one or refund you — your choice if repair is impossible or unreasonable.

How to start a return

1. Email grigorijsrimi@gmail.com: your order number, what happened and what you want — refund, exchange or repair.
2. We reply during working hours (Mon–Fri 9:00–18:00) and send the address and shipping instructions.
3. Ship the product in packaging that protects it and keep the shipping receipt.

When a return is not accepted

• the product was misused or damaged by the customer;
• parts of the package are missing so it can't be resold;
• the withdrawal period has passed and there is no defect.
