Delivery times

• Latvia: to be confirmed by the supplier from order confirmation.
• European Union: to be confirmed by the supplier from order confirmation.

Times are counted from order confirmation, not from payment: if a product needs to be assembled or checked, the time is extended accordingly.

Cost

Orders are shipped by the supplier. Delivery tariffs have not been configured yet; shipping is not included in the product subtotal.

The total including shipping is shown on the checkout page before you pay — you see the full amount upfront.

Methods

You choose the method at checkout: the options available are those offered for your address. If the option you need is missing, write to us and we'll arrange it separately.

Tracking

As soon as the parcel is handed to the carrier, a tracking number is sent to the email you gave at checkout. If it hasn't arrived within a day, check your spam folder and write to us at grigorijsrimi@gmail.com.

Receiving your order

Check the parcel on delivery: if the packaging is damaged, report it to the carrier. Damaged products can be returned — see returns & warranty.
