Who is responsible for your data

What we collect
- Your email when you subscribe to offers. It is stored only if you entered the address yourself and ticked the consent box.
- Account data. If you register, we store your email and whatever you add in your account: name, phone and delivery address.
- Order data. Name, delivery address, phone and email for the order are collected and processed by the secure checkout page — we receive the finished order.
- Cart contents and site language in your browser. Stored locally so they survive a page reload, and cleared together with your browser data.
No analytics or advertising cookie trackers are installed, so we don't track which pages you view.
Why
- to process and deliver your order and contact you about it;
- to send offers and new arrivals to subscribers;
- to answer questions, complaints and warranty requests;
- to meet legal requirements for sales records.
Who we share it with
- the platform that runs checkout and payment processing;
- the carrier — name, address and phone to deliver the parcel;
- the hosting provider that runs the website and the subscriber database.
We don't show ads on other networks based on your data.
How long we keep it
- subscription — until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete the address;
- account — until you ask us to delete it;
- order data — as long as needed for sales records and warranty;
- correspondence — while it's needed to resolve the matter.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, correct it, delete it or withdraw consent to email processing. Write to grigorijsrimi@gmail.com — we reply within 30 days. You can unsubscribe in every email.
If you're not satisfied with our answer, you may contact the consumer protection authority in your country.
